She models Jesus’ loving heart and righteousness in walking with and inspiring to fellow sisters in a leadership role [bonnie]. She has a childlike heart, humility and study Jesus' perspectives. She leads by serving [SiuLing]. She lets God's Word nurture her from inside out day by day: eager to read Bible and humbly put it into practice [Elaine]. She is able to feedback each one’s sharing with much “confirmation” and “positive wrap up” and let others feel encouraged and accepted (Interactive and acceptance for everyone) [Pandora]. She always chooses to be positive, spiritual and Godly under difficult situation and willing to take up responsibility even in a short notice [Iris].
