Through the experience of facilitating a Bible Talk, we could get the learning of:
1. The facilitation skill set is applicable to our daily lives in both home and the workplace.
2. Knowing of how to question and listen is a powerful communication technique.
3. It's just like an on-the-job training for my personal growth.

How to prepare ourselves to be an inspiring Bible Talk Facilitator:
1. We have to understand there are two groups of people; the disciples and the visitors. How could we lead a Bible Talk inspiring the both groups?
2. We have to be spiritually close to God.
3. We should be a humble life-learner.
4. We should have the leadership inspiring fellow disciples to enjoy the participation in unity. It should begin from the daily relationship building within a Bible Talk.

What has inspired you to want to become a Bible Talk Leader?
1. A way for personal growth, building of loving heart and initiative to support to the current BTL.
2. Being inspired by the current BTL and able to see the vision ahead.
3. Needer more than Giver.
