以賽亞書 12: 2-3
「因為主耶和華是我的力量，是我的詩歌，他也成了我的拯救。所以，你們必從救恩的泉源歡然取水。」
「人若喝神所賜的水(活水 - living water)，就永遠不喝。我所賜的水要在他裏頭成為泉源，直湧到永生。」約翰福音4:14
Iris 分享她在困苦中挖轉，但當那拯救要來臨時，她就好像突然得了救恩的泉源，很快地便可以從困苦中「抽離」然而重拾新的力量。我追問為什麼是「突然」及「很快」。Vivian 從她和一位公司同事的關係中洞察到這速度是來自一個「決定」。好吧，我便來了一個總結：「一個抽離的決定」。人可以沉溺於困苦當中，讓時間火上加油。但也可以當機立斷，豁出去一個海濶天高、前行無懼。這恰似 Digging a hole for fifty years的故事。
Lucy 引用此信念在人的關係中。人往往難於相信別人，或事情會有轉機。但如果我們相信這個救恩是來自神，便等於把此「相信」放在神手中，用神自有的偉大力量去承事。頓然地「這有神在當中的相信」便可以使我們有力量從對那不信的人及事中抽離出來，其後的事便來得易如反掌。

I really appreciate and love this BT. It constitutes four awesome ladies (boastful?) who share some similarity (beauty-in heart and excellence-in thinking-- ha! ha! I mean the slogan of Miss Hong Kong Contest -- 智慧與美貌並重) but differ in personality (some sensible, some sentimental- resembles the characters of sense and sensibility by Jane Austen?). Though we are busybugs, we are united in the Kingdom and draw much energy from this BT. We really encourage each other a lot. We grow under the tender care and rich nourishment by God's gospel but personalized by our BT leader -- Bonnie. "Awesome" is the only word I can spell and shout...
