BT Review with New Members

Since the set up of the new BT in late January, we have time to get acquintance with each other for the past 2 months. Today I have invited Doris and Mui Ying for a Yam Cha gathering and see how they feel about the new BT and they commented:
  • a smaller BT with 4 members only makes us get together easier and closer;
  • regular and stable gatherings for weekly telephone conference in sharing Jesus' modelling character, Sunday group QT, monthly BibleTalk and DP gatherings enhance individual sisters' understanding to each others daily lives;
  • telephone conference is new to them but this format promotes their concentration in listening to each others' sharing and be prepared before the call;
  • with better planning on schedule and the punctual presence of sisters, close team spirit creates relaxation and enjoyment among each other when meet;
  • a contributional culture builds courageous in offering services to others;
  • sisters' true loving to each other creates a home feeling.......

Bonnie added:

  • a clear focus for the BT is important to glue all the hearts together - we want to build a serving BT.
  • small group is better than big for easier communications and commitments, yet we pair up with Iris's BT for broader exposures.
  • disciples have to learn to love their disciplers first. Why? Whoever commits to be a discipler is already someone who initiates to offer help and love to other people's lives.
  • Individual's talent should be identified for excelling excellence.
  • Doris and Maria will be built to become future leaders, while Mui Ying will be our BT ambassador in cross BT loving.
